JointWorks Physical Therapy
Running JointWorks Physical Therapy as a solo practice, providing expert one-on-one care at both the Northbridge and Ashland locations.

I grew up in Northbridge — the same community I work in today. I got into fitness early, training clients and competing in bodybuilding and Olympic weightlifting. That direct link between hard work and real results is what pulled me toward physical therapy.
After finishing my doctorate at UConn, I did a residency in orthopedic manual therapy, treated patients at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and completed a fellowship at Boston University. Along the way, I saw that the typical clinic setup wasn't built for the kind of care I wanted to give.
So I built JointWorks — a practice where every session is a full hour, just you and me. No double-booking. No rushed visits. No insurance company deciding when your care stops. Just honest, expert treatment from someone who genuinely cares how you turn out.

I don't just treat a diagnosis — I treat the person. Everyone who walks through my door has a different story, a different body, and a different goal. My job is to listen first, then build a plan that actually fits your life.
Every session starts with where you are now and where you want to be. From there, I mix hands-on manual therapy with targeted exercises, help you understand your pain, and use tools like dry needling — whatever your body needs that day. No cookie-cutter plans.
There's a reason every session is a full hour: it gives me the time to actually fix the problem, not just manage symptoms. You'll never feel rushed, and you'll never be passed off to someone else. This is your time, and I take that seriously.
